Position Summary: 

The Senior Data Analyst is the first data hire at Mindful Care that will support the operations and marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to get experience supporting multiple departments at a company that work together. In this role, you will create clarity out of data to drive business decisions. This includes building out data systems, reporting and spearheading analyses.

This role reports into SVP, Operations.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Identifying technical and strategic gaps in our analytics infrastructure and proactively driving best-in-class solutions.

• Implement and maintain a world-class data stack that empowers data consumers with reliable, accessible, compliant insights. 

• Deliver data-driven, actionable insights that feed growth.

• Oversee all analyses of A/B tests

• Own regular written and automated reporting as well as self-service dashboarding designed to identify site trends and track investment success. 

• Manage an analyst that is responsible for scheduling

Candidate Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a hard science

• 4 years of business analytics or data management experience 

• Proficiency in statistical methods. 

• Well versed in SQL, at least one scripting language (R, Python, etc.), Excel, and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.) 

• Experience with social data (YouTube FB analytics) and digital media is a plus 

• Prior management experience

• Demonstrated ability to provide insights and draw conclusions from dense datasets 

• Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire, a knack for breaking down complex concepts, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing

• Hands-on analyst who will write code and has experience in a variety of different systems, analysis, and presentation.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $150,000 USD per annum

Location:

• This is a hybrid position (50/50 in-office/WFH)
• Candidates must be located in the New York Tri-State area
