- Provide direct care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the treatment team
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Assist with crisis management and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining daily living skills
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in patient care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of social work principles and behavioral health practices
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and ability to provide support to individuals with PTSD or other trauma-related conditions
Please note that this position may require inhaling medications for individuals with respiratory conditions. Experience with medical records management is a plus.
