Registered Nurse - Infusion

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Infusion Nurse for Mindfield Wellness, a concierge ketamine infusion company. You must have excellent IV skills and an interest in psychedelic medicine. Paid specialty training. This is a great PART TIME job in Los Angeles. If you do not drive and are not in Los Angeles county, Do Not Apply. Responsibilities:

- Administer infusion therapies to patients in accordance with medical office standards

- Monitor patients during infusion treatments and provide appropriate care and support

- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems

- Learn specific infusion therapy procedures for ketamine treatment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

- Provide behavioral health support as you have been trained to do, to patients receiving infusion therapy

- Drive to patient's homes or our office location to provide treatment

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of California

- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an infusion or related setting

- Experience working with mental health or pain management is desirable

- Strong knowledge of airway management, ICU protocols, and emergency response procedures

- Proficient in administering injections and managing IV lines

- Familiarity with primary care principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Good driving record and skills

We offer paid specialized training in ketamine and ketamine treatment.
