Overview:

We are seeking a skilled front desk receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and clerical duties, with experience in a medical office being a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify insurance
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material

Skills:

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
