Overview:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team for the mind works podcast season 4. You can check out our instagram for more information and tik tok. IG: @mindworkspodcast and tiktok: @themindworkspodcast The ideal candidate will have an idea in ow to edit reels very well using capcut or premiere pro. Having a portfolio would be nice to see video editing work. If you have good reel editing experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting for youtube and be able to split audio for the broadcast apps.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Create 5-6 reel edits for an hour episode
- With the host, choose and edit the 5-6 best clips out of each hour episode.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and Capcut
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D animation
- Strong knowledge of Adobe products such as Adobe Bridge
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Knowledge of photography is a plus
