Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client care and a strong background in various therapeutic modalities. We are looking for someone who is humble, kind, and driven.

Duties:

• Provide clinical counseling and therapy services to individuals and couples (preferred but not required)
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, EFT, etc.
• Specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adolescents, and couples counseling

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling or Social Work
• Arizona State licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC
• Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and providing therapy services to adults and adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work both in person and from home
• Willing to work 25 hours per week
