This golden opportunity is for someone with a background in one or more disciplines, including Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Pilates, Sound Bath, Aerobics, etc, & a bonus if also licensed or experienced in any other health & wellness disciplines, such as nutrition, red light therapy, esthetician, massage, pain management, etc. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, needing minimal support to get things done. There really is no limit to how to optimize the use of the space, and cross sell a customer base that desires multiple of these offerings.

To incent the right person to come on board, we want to offer unlimited upside, a percentage of profitability, in exchange for their dedicated skill set, and full time commitment. Similar to opening your own studio without the financial risk, which we take on. Of course we also recognize the need to pay a livable wage as well, and will support sufficient time for its evolution. With such we orchestrated various options for compensation.

As a dedicated full time studio manager, we offer a fair monthly base, a graduated scaled profit share, additional incentives for reaching milestones. For this we expect a selected partner to be an "all in" contributor, fearless, positive, personable, & passionate. Let's succeed together!

A summary of overall job description is not limited to, but as follows, and may be consistently evolving:

• Oversee daily operations of the studio including scheduling, facilities, staff hiring & development, and client & vendor relations.
• Oversee facilities including cleanliness of studio, supplies, inventory, and studio improvement projects.
• Oversee business development, marketing, website, and payroll.
• Teach many of the classes we schedule, until they consistently average sufficient participants to then hire, train and schedule other qualified instructors, enabling the ability to schedule more classes.
• Creatively optimize the space and schedule to incorporate any offerings we feel our client base would seek and thrive with.
• Retail products & other cross marketing opportunities.
• Full time at the studio, so doors are open to public, actual schedule to be determined
