Job Description:

Our well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. The successful candidate will work with adults to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Provide therapy to patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, psychologists, and educators, to provide coordinated care to patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advances in the field
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure in Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and another language (Spanish preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children and adults in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of assistive technology for speech and communication
  • Experience with teletherapy
