Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to verify they meet company specifications/requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Inspect and approve in-process and final parts by confirming to drawing, specification, and measurement testing using inspection equipment, including CMM and Visions system.
- Run, operate, and program for CMM (LK/PolyWorks).
- Generate reports regarding inspection and testing results. Utilize electronic database for submitting non-conformances.
- Maintain measurement equipment by performing calibration requirements.
- Coordinates data files and quality records in accordance with our company's operational guidelines.
- Perform administrative duties regarding ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR standards including assisting in maintaining established Quality Management System.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma with minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge and ability to apply GD&T.
- Ability to read blueprints to comprehend design intent and expectations for parts and materials.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft programs. Understanding of Cad Software a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methods.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
