Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers in an Assisted Living Community. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, by providing essential care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and provide companionship
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including proper use of equipment to lift and move clients safely
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and techniques is a plus
- Experience with memory care is highly desirable

Requirements:
- Must have a genuine passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a difference
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties required, including lifting and transferring clients when necessary
