Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Offer patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Implement home care and hospice care services as needed
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients

Experience:

- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Proficiency in medication administration systems
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to provide direct patient care with empathy and respect

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a healthcare or caregiving setting
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities or autism
- Understanding of hospice care principles
