Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and uphold the profiling strategy.
• Works in close partnership with the Customer Success and Procurement teams to gather essential information for the creation or correction of new and existing SKUs in the 3PL inventory or raw materials within the inventory system and warehouse tool.
• Takes responsibility for coordinating with the Receiving team to ensure that all new items are properly prepared for photography and for the collection of dimensions and weights, which are then inputted into the inventory system.
• Demonstrates the ability to comprehend customer needs and modify contracts in line with inventory requirements.
• Ensures the precision and reliability of inventory through the diligent adherence to established procedures.
• Conducts analysis of customer inventory profiles, as time allows, to ascertain storage and location placement requirements.
• Promptly addresses and resolves inventory-related issues by responding to and completing tickets.
• Carries out essential location audits to guarantee the accuracy of inventory.
• Undertakes additional tasks as assigned or as deemed necessary.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• 2 years manufacturing and warehouse experience preferred
• Strong technical / PC skills
• Must be able to work independently, make appropriate decisions based on the departments and other Mimeo.com guidelines.
