Receptionist - Pain Clinic PRN

• Greets the patients with a focus on customer service.
• Coordinate the registration process and office flow across multiple specialties allowing for productivity including a maximized net utilization rate.
• Notifies patients of their financial responsibilities.
• Understands and manages point of service collection efforts in the practice.
• Collects all copays, deductibles, and prior patient responsibility balances.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 1 year of medical office receptionist/biller experience preferred.
