As an Operations Analyst you will partner within the business function to develop a deep understanding of the team’s goals, and how those goals fit into the overall company strategy. You will perform data analytics, observe processes, and document workflows to identify and implement operational improvements across MIM Software’s Site Implementation Team. You will identify pain points inhibiting our current effectiveness, potential opportunities to improve, and develop processes and data streams to support ongoing improvements.
