We are seeking a part-time or full-time Client Care Representative to become a part of our team. Experience as a veterinary receptionist is preferred. If you are dependable, love to delight clients, and work well in a fast-paced, team environment, this job may be for you! We are locally owned and committed to building relationships within our community and providing a low-stress veterinary experience for our patients. We are a Fear Free Certified Practice.

Veterinary clinic experience or working in a related field like doggy daycare is preferred; someone with wonderful customer service skills is also encouraged to apply. Please tell us why you think you should work at Milwaukee Vet Clinic. You'll need to have strong organizational and multitasking skills, great communication skills, and a warm, friendly disposition. You'll also need to have a good understanding of health maintenance care and basic veterinary triage or be able to quickly learn these concepts. Our clients and patients are like family. We like to make sure every client and patient receives the care they need in a thoughtful, cheerful manner. We love to teach, so be ready to learn something new every day. Experience with Cornerstone is a plus.

CSRs are responsible for making sure that our clients and patients have a great experience and understand when they are supposed to return for follow-up care. CSRs also play an important role in attracting new clients to our hospital and keeping our established clients happy & satisfied. They are the first person a client talks to and the last face a client sees before leaving. Our small, but growing staff must work together to perform all hospital duties including daily cleaning and kennel duties.
