Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Network Administrator to support various components of the network
• Installs and maintain devices including printers, switches, routers, and other equipment
• Communicates well with end users to understand and troubleshoot problems
• Maintain user accounts and provide support on Phone System and email System
• Perform Security tasks to protect against security threats, diagnose events and remove viruses
• Diagnose & remediate software/hardware issues of servers and end user devices
• Maintain Building security system including setup & maintenance of users
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Experience supporting MS Teams & MS Teams phone system

Education & Experience:

• Technical school degree, associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in network maintenance and user technical support preferred
• Microsoft certification is desirable, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
• May be required to work on-call or long hours at times in case of I.T Emergencies
