Your Role on Our Team :
The Machine Operator is responsible for performing basic machine operation , working with computer-controlled equipment or mechanical based machines to make sure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :
Basic understanding of motor components and functions (40%)
Load / unload / inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gauging equipment in a safe and efficient manner (30%)
Make adjustments as required for change overs (30%)
Identify , troubleshoot and correct minor machine time outs (20%)
Setup / Operate 1 up / down workstations (20%)
Inform team leader about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)
Complete rework and scrap documentation as required or requested (10%)
Package service parts (10%)
Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)
Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)
Practice 5Ss (10%)
