This position is located at our new beautiful intergenerational community, Trinity Woods on the campus of Mount Mary University in Wauwatosa. We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative team player to work within the department our Life Engaged team in planning and implementing engaging programs and events for older adults. Programs are designed to create meaningful, life-enriching experiences, contributing to whole person health and well being. It is anticipated that this position will at times reflect a hybrid of roles between life engagement and marketing and responsibilities based on organizational needs and priorities.
This position will coordinate with marketing and life engagement teams to write clear and consistent (style, fonts, images, and tone) short and long form copy tailoring the messaging for various audiences and platforms including websites, social media and print marketing materials.
The right candidate is inspired to compassionately serve others with a sense of purpose and intention. He or she enjoys being part of a dedicated team and environment and is equally comfortable and confident to work independently. This person is a self-starter and takes initiative to solve problems and adjust plans as needed.
Experience working with older adults and hosting/planning events is preferred, but we will train and guide the right candidate. This position is full time and involves working some evenings and weekends and varies per program schedule. We are flexible and do our best to accommodate school/other work schedules.

Milwaukee Catholic Home is a nonprofit corporation which was founded in 1913 by a group of concerned women who wanted to provide a residence in the Milwaukee area for older men and women. It was chartered by the State of Wisconsin as a residence in 1913. It opened in an anonymously donated home on North Astor Street where it remained until 1926. In December of that year, it was moved to 2301 E. Bradford Avenue where it provided a comfortable home to hundreds of residents for the next 47 years. In 1973, Milwaukee Catholic Home was opened at 2462 N. Prospect Avenue. It contained 140 apartments a...nd a 56-bed Health Care Center licensed as a skilled nursing facility. In 1997, additional services were added in a three-story building which surrounds a courtyard. Located at 2330 N. Prospect Avenue is a 122 bed Health and Rehabilitation Center, Assisted Living and Generations Day Center. While Milwaukee Catholic Home has a strong relationship to the Roman Catholic Church in terms of history, tradition and service, persons of all faiths are welcome. Neither the Archdiocese of Milwaukee nor the Roman Catholic Church has any legal or financial responsibility for the residence.
