Become a key figure at the Milwaukee Athletic Club by joining us as the Food & Beverage Manager. In this essential role, you'll spearhead the impeccable delivery of our club's dining experiences, ensuring every aspect of food and beverage service exceeds our distinguished standards and creates a welcoming environment for our members and guests.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will take charge of managing and enhancing all facets of our food and beverage offerings. Your duties will include the meticulous coordination of staff, resources, and operations, swiftly adapting to operational needs, and fostering teamwork across departments to achieve excellence in service and presentation. Your involvement will not only be crucial in day-to-day operations but also in supporting diverse dining formats, from à la carte services to banquets, ensuring versatile and flawless execution in collaboration with the culinary team and restaurant management.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management, preferably in private clubs or luxury hospitality, showcasing proven leadership, the ability to train and inspire a team, and excellent communication skills for engaging with members effectively. A comprehensive grasp of health, safety, and hygiene standards, along with knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws, and skills in inventory and budget management are essential. Flexibility in working hours, including the availability for weekends and holidays, is also a requirement for this position.
