We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages for our customers. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and procedures
- Experience in food preparation or handling is a plus
- Strong sales skills to upsell products and promote specials
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
