Job Description:
We are looking for a Tax Consultant/CPA to work a hybrid project based temporary job.
The length of the role would be based on how long it takes to get the project done.
Requirements:

• Experience with 941's is required
• Has to have experience hand counting the numbers for the taxes. Our process is extremely manual.
• We need this person to:
  • Process our current taxes, both federal and state
  • Applied credits and reconcile the changes for last year, for Quarter 4
  • Help us with the penalties we've occurred from previous temps in the payroll department
  • Journal Entries
• Experience in Higher Ed/Non profits would be great
• Experience with Ellucian Banner would be great, but not expected. Our software program is similar to PeopleSoft
• Has experience doing taxes manually for a small business
• Experience processing payroll, but will not have to process payroll for us whatsoever, but the experience would be helpful for understanding the role
• Experience processing taxes for processing taxes for employees out of state
