Million Dollar Smile is Hiring a Dentist Near San Diego, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a positive impact on the oral health of our community.

This is a newer growing office and the ideal candidate is capable of handling emergencies and same day dentistry. Compensation is 30% of collections. Easy work schedule. ideal for a dentist wanting to focus on patient care and providing the best treatment. Boutique style.

Part time, Monday-Wednesday

Duties:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs monitoring

- Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions

- Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive measures

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Dentrix or similar software

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality

Experience:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Valid state dental license in good standing

- Proven experience in general dentistry practice preferred

- Proficient in performing various dental procedures with precision and efficiency

- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral diseases, and treatment options

- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar practice management software

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
