Millinocket Regional Hospital has an immediate opening for a full time Surgical Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in our Surgical Offices.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited program. Completion of a surgical residency of PA/NP and /or on the job training after attending PA/NP school. State of Maine license required, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS preferred.

Main Function: The Surgical PA/NP will assist the physician in all aspect of pre-, intra-, and post-operative care. The Surgical PA/NP will assist the physician with inpatient care. Majority of responsibility will be in Orthopedics.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Full Time Position. 40 Hours, Monday – Friday, varied schedule.
