Key Responsibilities

• Carpet & Resilient Floor Cleaning - Perform various floor cleaning tasks as directed using industry-leading equipment, tools, and cleaning chemistry. May include restorative maintenance as well.
• Upholstery Cleaning - Clean and maintain upholstery on furniture and cubicle panels as directed.
• Inspection and Assessment - Conduct initial inspections of flooring and surfaces at job sites to identify any special requirements or repairs.
• Equipment Maintenance - Properly maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment to ensure it is in good working order, reporting any issues to the operations manager.
• Safety Procedures - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and the client's property during service delivery.
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and timely service logs including photos of job sites.
• Upkeep of Work Vehicle - Maintain and organize company vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment, is clean, and in working order. Reporting any issues to the operations manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn - previous experience is not required; industry certified training will be provided
• Good communication skills - verbally and in writing, must be able to complete service notes written in English
• Physical stamina - ability to complete a shift of active movement on your feet, ability to lift equipment (50-60 lbs) and move office furniture around as needed
• Critical thinking and problem solving - ability to address problems as they arise on the job site
• Math skills - ability to calculate square footage of spaces using measurements, ability to mix chemicals based on instructions and ratios (fractions, ounces, gallons, ratios), ability to read and utilize a tape measure
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred)
• Willingness to work flexible hours in the evenings, nights, and sometimes weekends up to 20 hrs per week
• Background check required for some job sites
