**Job Title: Service Advisor**

**Reports to:** Owner or District Manager

**Hours:** Full-Time

**Purpose & Objective:**

As a Service Advisor, you play a pivotal role in our business's success. Your primary responsibility is to sell customers the recommended services and repairs based on their needs, goals, and desires. Additionally, you'll provide crucial support in the administrative and customer service aspects of our operations.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties:**

**Primary:**

- **Sales:** Utilize company guidelines and best practices to sell repairs and services to customers, addressing their specific needs and objectives.

**Secondary:**

- **Customer Service:** Assist customers via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries and providing support.

- **Administrative:** Generate invoices using our company process, assist in processing part orders/returns, and dispatch repairs/parts as directed by management.

- **Additional Tasks:** Flexibility is key – you may be required to fill in on various tasks as needed to maintain the shop's workflow, such as running a shuttle, checking out customers, or handling other operational duties.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- **Sales Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role or a demonstrated ability to sell effectively.

- **Organizational & Focus Skills:** Ability to work efficiently in an environment with constant distractions and interruptions, completing tasks in a timely manner.

- **Computer Knowledge:** Proficiency in using Windows computers, including basic typing or dictation skills (30 words per minute), email management, and familiarity with common office software.

- **Communication Skills:** Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent telephone etiquette.

- **Math Skills:** Basic math proficiency, including the ability to count and perform calculations using a calculator.

- **Physical Demands:** Capable of entering and exiting various vehicles independently and driving a motor vehicle with passengers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,818.10 - $69,630.40 per year
