- Conduct automotive diagnostics and minor repairs as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation

- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with clients or other drivers on the road
- Proficiency in load/unload techniques to ensure proper handling of goods and materials
- Experience operating a tow truck or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics for troubleshooting vehicle issues
- Forklift operation skills for efficient loading and unloading of heavy items
- Mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs on company vehicles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately
