Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces through landscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping duties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals to promote healthy growth of plants and grass
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and gardens
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and tools
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Assist with hardscape projects including building pathways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Perform general groundskeeping duties such as watering plants, mulching, and raking

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscape or lawn care maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in lawn care operations
- Ability to operate machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
