Summary: Responsible for Prepping Equipment for rental, cleaning up and putting away equipment, when needed deliver, setup, knockdown, pickup equipment, supervise warehouse staff and other staff members. This position has hour usage leeway as an earlier start time or later finish time might be needed to complete job requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Employee Technology & Facilities:

A) Print Prep Sheets and Labels through POR for Delivery and Will Call Orders

B) Answer all WhatsApp and company email inquiries in a timely manner.

C) Be the backup on call person.

D) Unlock doors for other employees in the morning, turn on necessary lights, put out appropriate signage.

E) At the end of the day makes sure all doors are closed and locked, all signage is brought in, and all lights are turned off.

F) Complete Tow Motor Check and Documentation on a daily basis.

2) Equipment & Warehouse:

A) Check equipment in store and on job site to make sure you are handling the

proper equipment.

B) During slow periods, clean, paint and repair equipment.

C) Use proper handling of equipment to assure no damage to equipment.

D) Complete an incident report to note any damage to equipment.

E) When loading and unloading in warehouse put equipment and supplies in proper location.

F) Stack and put dirty equipment in proper location.

G) Clean and Prep Equipment for Delivery/Will Call Orders for the week.

H) Keep the Warehouse Clean and equipment put away at all times.

I) Load and Unload all Customer Will Call Orders. (With HELP of warehouse assistant)

3) Trucks:

A) Complete Truck Reports and hand into to management on a weekly basis no later than Wednesday at 9am.

B) Ensure all trucks have fuel and are ready for next day’s runs.

C) Ensure all trucks have a minimum ¼ tank of DEF.

D) Complete Daily Walk around truck procedure for all company vehicles and note any damage on form.

E) Each morning check runs on each truck for load accuracy.

F) Have trucks at docks ready to load/unload if need each morning when the crew starts.

G) Deliver and Pick up Trucks at Penske Or Ryder, and fill out appropriate forms at those sites for PM or repair of trucks.

H) Check in any Penske Rental Units.

4) Supervisory and Teamwork:

H) Train Warehouse Assistant and Chair Cleaners on daily tasks.

I) Instruct Warehouse Assistant and Chair Cleaners on daily goals and needs

J) Work with processing area to ensure they have soft goods equipment needed to prep orders

K) Work with office staff to certify that all equipment needs on orders are up to date and correct.

L) Work with office staff to confirm all orders are prepped including last minute changes and last minute additional orders.

5) Miscellaneous:

A) Rotate work on weekends and evenings with other employees.

B) Maintaining a good working relationship with all other employees.

C) Keep a neat clean appearance at all times.

D) Comply with the Uniform Dress Code.

E) It is Critical that this position have a positive attitude all day every day, focus driven work ethic, and ability to adapt.

F) Complete and maintain valid Tow Motor License course work.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
