Job Summary:

A Project Coordinator in the Information Security department is responsible for managing projects to ensure that they move along at an appropriate pace and in accordance with statements of work. This role alerts teams and the practice partner when a project is at risk and when they need further assistance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary coordinator for projects with clients.
  • Alert if the project is not progressing appropriately.
  • Ensure appropriate billing and budget for each project.
  • Establish client information in our systems.
  • Facilitate project completion.
  • Support our ongoing virtual Chief Information Security Officer efforts.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Education/Training Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the requirements for continuing education as outlined in the Quality Control Manual.
  • Complete all assigned training courses within the stated timelines.
Education and Experience:
Required:
  • Associate degree in related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
