How You’ll Contribute
- Manage monthly reconciliations and ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled.
- Create and process general ledger journal entries.
- Analyze revenue/expense accounts for compliance with ASC 606.
- Create, maintain and reconcile all Work-In-Process accounts.
- Create daily cash management summary reports working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to audit all revenue activities.
- Collaborate with operations departments to insure proper revenue/cost allocation.
- Engage in significant year end audit responsibilities.
- Complete various state tax returns including sales and use tax filings.
- Process various ad hoc reporting.
- Cross train with other accounting staff to provide support and back up as needed.
About YOU!
- 2 years prior General Accounting experience.
- B.S. in Accounting/Finance preferred.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills
