We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager with construction, commercial equipment, tires, automotive or industrial experience. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
• Support sales by ensuring positive customer experience and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Train and mentor staff members to deliver high-quality service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions

Experience
