Job Description :

Must be proficient at multi-tasking

Office Coordinator will be responsible for :

• Providing administrative support include but not limited to data collection, report / document preparation, research, filing, mail sorting and distribution.
• Greets and assists all site visitors in adherence to the site visitor policy.
• Assists with Associate Orientation
• Take pictures of new employees, print their badges, add pictures to L drive, etc. Add badge number to Fastenal system for associates to check out equipment.
• Manages the associate and visitor badge system (Badge creation, activation, and deactivation for all client associates and visitors)
• Will work with HR Admin monthly in performing Lenel audit of terminated employees and their badge deactivations.
• Manages the inbound facility phone calls.
• Coordinates associate events and facility activities as requested (orders meals, schedules meetings, reserves rooms, etc.)

• Create flyers, laminate documents, etc. to support leadership team.
