Currently, MPG is seeking to hire experienced Inventory Control Supervisors for our locations in the RTP area of North Carolina. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish best practice inventory measures including tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis
• Implement policies and procedures related to inventory control to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow
• Manage the cycle count process of various inventory locations
• Investigate variances, perform appropriate adjustments, and drive process corrections/improvements as appropriate
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
• Resolve or manage incidents reported by the Inventory Lead
• Work towards continual improvement of the inventory management process
• Ensure and evaluate the good performance of the Inventory Lead and Inventory Clerk
• Fulfill other tasks and/or projects assigned related to the overall objective of the position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to take responsibility for actions, projects, and team
• Ability to take the initiative, act with confidence, and work under own direction
• Ability to make quick and clear decisions, motivate others, and delegate responsibility
• Knowledge of product specifications and production standards
• Experience providing training to work teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and identify/organize the resources needed to perform each task
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory and leadership role in a fast-paced production environment
• Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish is a plus
