As our Staff Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in :

  • Developing and delivering training programs for our staff to ensure they provide exceptional client care.
  • Supporting our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program .
  • Participating in case conferences to maintain continuity of care and accurate documentation.
  • Conducting home visits to observe care delivery, assess equipment needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Collaborating with administrative and supervisory staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

We're looking for someone who :

  • Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) .
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in home healthcare.
  • Has experience precepting home health clinicians.
  • Holds Oasis certification or is willing to obtain it within 6 months.
  • Possesses a positive and confident attitude .
  • Is enthusiastic and goal-oriented .

This role involves :

  • A mix of phone communication and desk work, with occasional standing, walking, and minimal lifting.
  • Occasional travel, as directed.
