Responsibilities:

- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care and other nursing procedures as needed.

- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and evidence-based practices in nursing through continued professional development.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in various areas of nursing, including medical-surgical, geriatrics, and home health.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and make sound nursing judgments.
- Proficiency in documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
