What we are Looking For

Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatrician (IM or FP) to establish a new geriatric outpatient clinic focused on providing comprehensive primary care to the frail elderly (ie not a consultative geriatric clinic but a primary care geriatric clinic)

The ideal candidate needs to:

Enjoy working with patients and families with complex medical needs

Be skilled in working with a team including advanced practice providers to provide comprehensive care, including home visits

Skill and experience at managing interdisciplinary team meetings

Additional qualifications desired:

Experience with Managed Medicare or other capitated, whole risk health care systems

Hospital privileges

Palliative care experience

Will have after hours Phone call, physician can expect to see 12-14 patients per day
