Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Front Office Associate to join the Walk-In Clinic team in the Venice area . We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience. Our Walk-In Clinics offer a more flexible schedule including weekend and evening shifts and shorter work weeks!

As a front office associate, you will be responsible for timely check-in and check-out and will greet patients with a warm smile and pleasant voice and performs a variety of clerical functions for the medical office.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Required Skills and Abilities

  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
