Medical Center 30 minutes from Olympia is seeking a Family Medicine NP or PA: 2 FTEs @ $135,000/yr production bonus $10,000 At Risk Org Bonus Benefits.Shifts are 10-hours per day, 4 days per week. Patients per day average 16-20 depending on provider choice. 1 FTE to work in low-barrier primary care and MAT clinic. 1 FTE to work in our primary care clinic. This medical center is a Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV Trauma Designation, offering 24-hour emergency services including a full service laboratory and diagnostic imaging department. Medical Center also has a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Program (also known as Swing Bed). This program cares for patients who are recently out of surgery or recovering from illness who need a bit more recovery time before returning home. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy are conveniently located inside of the building and are available for inpatient and outpatient services. Grays Harbor County is located just below the Olympic Peninsula on the Western edge of the state; we are the southern gateway to the Olympic National Park. The rural Pacific Northwest location offers abundant outdoor activities including hiking, climbing, bird watching, sailing, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, hunting, and golf. There are several ski areas that are within a few hours drive. East Grays Harbor County has numerous annual festivals and events throughout the year celebrating its rich agricultural heritage. The hospital is 30 minutes from Olympia, the capitol, and about two hours out of both Seattle and Portland, with large international airports at both locations.
