Millennium Business Systems, a family owned and operated Technology Service Provider is looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist.

Essential functions:

• Responsible for accounts payable, including invoice entry, purchase order preparation and processing invoices for management & payment approval
• Review and reconcile company credit card statements
• Responsible for full cycle Accounts Receivable function including managing A/R payments, deposits, cash collections, posting of cash and sending invoices and statements
• Managing accounts receivable balances and working with clients to collect payments

Required competency, education, and experience:

• Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Minimum 2 years of accounting, AR or AP experience
• Experience with QuickBooks online is a plus!
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive projects
• Quick learner and able to adapt to ever changing needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
