- Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions
- Detail the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using approved products and procedures
- Continuously improving yourself and your knowledge of the detailing and customer service field
- Check customers in, set expectations and offer other levels of detailing during drop off
- Check customers out and give a walkthrough of vehicle during pickup
- Taking ownership and seting an example all of the time
- Managing daily operations and maintnence
- Previous experience in the Detailing industry is Required
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing
