```Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and reliable Armed Security Officers to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires strong surveillance skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to upholding the law.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including incident reports and shift logs

Skills:
- Valid certification as an Armed Security Officer
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Experience in loss prevention or risk management is a plus
