The Club Health & Rehab Center in The Villages is looking for a Director of Rehab to lead our in-house rehab team!

Qualified applicants must be a (RPT) Physical Therapist, (OTR) Occupational Therapist (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist (PTA) Physical Therapy Assistant, or (OTA) Occupational Therapy Assistant and have 1-2 years of previous management experience in a long-term care setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Rehab Director:

• Supervise, orient, and train Rehab Department
• Coordinate treatment activity between disciplines and team members
• Assist with the interview process for hiring
• Ensure that therapists and therapy assistants are compliant with documentation.
• Communicate effectively with administration regarding department programs, goals, objectives, risks, and successes.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of services provided and completion of required documentation and maintain quality of services.
• Attends all mandatory meetings and training
• Assures all patient care activities are performed according to the company policies and procedures
• Contribute to client relations and community education activities

Requirements of the (DOR) Director of Rehab:

• Must be a licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA in the state where services are rendered 
• 1-2 years of previous management experience in a long-term care setting 
• 1-2 years of experience working in skilled nursing 
• Must have current CPR
