Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Experience with buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
