Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable 1099 contract cleaner to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining properties. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Utilize your own cleaning equipment
- Following a detailed checklist in preparation for post-inspections that will include cleaning breakrooms, offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, windows, flooring and more
- Communicating with staff on any issues and out of stock supplies at buildings
- Reporting to buildings on the day of scheduled cleaning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential/commercial cleaning or similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation
