Job Responsibilities:
-Will be responsible for management of multiple projects.
-Oversee completion of material delivery, planning, & field installation.
-Communicate project progress, financial statuses of projects.
-Analysis of billings with in progression of projects.
-Performing change orders when needed.
-Understand project scope and complete jobs within budget.
-Participate in project meetings.
-Create schedules for man power.
-Provide drawings and PO's for subcontractors.
Provide Test Certificates, send out and have them signed for office to file.
Qualifications:
-Ability to read & interpret blue prints
-Knowledge of fire sprinkler codes, technical data
-Knowledge with smart phones & scheduling apps.
