Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level baker to join our team. The baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods following our recipes. Some baking experience is preferred but not required. Some kitchen experience in fast paced environments is required. Extensive training will be provided for this position.

Duties:
- Prepare a wide range of baked goods such as bread, croissants, desserts, and cakes
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter
- Shape dough
- Decorate desserts and cakes
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Kitchen experience in fast paced environments
- Strong interest in baking and learning baking techniques
- Familiarity with food industry regulations
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently

Skills:
- Food handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
