We are very involved in the industries we serve and beyond our law practice we hold positions on many committees, and boards often as a chair, director, or general counsel. This industry involvement often involves meetings after hours approximately 2-3 times per month and the occasional overnight.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are an attorney who would like to work predominantly in the Raleigh area and assist clients by providing litigation and counseling legal services to property owners and managers related to residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, and be comfortable with direct client interaction.

· You will have a high level of attention to detail and organization as this will be needed due to high volume practice.

· You should have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel.

· You will have approximately 2-3 years’ experience as a civil litigation attorney.

· You are willing to engage in some travel, around the state generally, so reliable transportation is a must.

· You must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

· If we are a good fit for each other, you will have full case responsibility, including research, motion and brief writing, courtroom appearances and litigation, and direct client contact both providing legal services and at industry events.
