Mill Brothers Landscape Group is seeking Full Time, general landscape and irrigation labor. Be part of an established 44-year-old company that believes in growing people and promotion from within. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Position reports to Foreman/Division Manager

• Installation of patios, landscape materials, lighting, retaining walls, plantings, and irrigation systems.
• Grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, blowing, and pruning. 

• Maintain an orderly job site and job trailers

• Understand and enforce Mill Brothers Landscape Group safety and operational procedures

• Support, promote, and assume responsibility for 100% customer satisfaction.

• Off Season Snow clearance

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Reliable attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment

• Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally. This position is physical in nature and requires constant movement and exposure to the elements. 

• Equipment operation experience of skid loaders, track loaders, excavators, power tools, hand tools a plus.

• A valid Colorado driver’s license is a plus but not required

• This position requires night and weekend work during the off season for snow removal operations.

• Bilingual in Spanish very helpful

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Industry experience a plus but not required.
