We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs
- Ability to assemble components accurately according to specifications
- Experience in programming and operating CNC machines is preferred
- Familiarity with tooling and CAM programming is a plus
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
