Job Overview:

Milk Money Brewing in downtown La Grange is seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Manager/Bartender to join our team. This full time job hours would be split roughly in half for each roll. The bartending role is tipped with the manager role being paid a higher hourly rate depending on experience.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Manager/Bartender or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and mixology
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and cash handling
- Exceptional sales skills to upsell and promote specials or new beverages
- Outstanding customer service abilities to create a positive experience for guests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
